Schatzlein Saddle Shop, Inc. offers the following Returns Policy:


Returns/Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return it within thirty days (30) for exchange, credit or refund. All Returns must have a receipt of purchase and how payment was made. Returns must be made with all manufactures tags and labels intact. Please return the product in the original (new) condition it was sent in. Worn, abused or incomplete items may not be returned. We will exchange in stock items right away. We will charge your credit card and credit the returned item once we've received it in our store. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Your credit or refund will take 10-14 business days.  If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account and it will show on your following statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.  If you paid by check or gift card, we’ll mail you a refund check.  

Shipping Damage
The carrier is responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in shipping.
